Nowadays, have been a bad era for the males and family members of males due to many allegations that were getting lodged against them frequently by their Wives and Daughter in laws for cruelty, confiscation of  Streedhan, Domestic violence and Dowry. The major being the Dowry act which proves to be evil in false cases. There was no proper evidence of the materials demanded and gifts got during marriage and reception and the Girl claims the Gift as Dowry in court during Dowry cases and Husband falls prey to it. So it is advised to keep a record of Gift being given during reception  and Marriage by relatives and friends to couple as a List and make use of both the couple signature on it, to avoid unnecessarily false allegations and to remain in safer side is referred in Dowry act of section 3 and subsection 2. The gifts that were given by girls family or friends to the Girl is called Streedhan and the owner of it is only the girl and the person whom girl appoints to look after her Streedhan that can be the family member of girl, which cannot be claimed by her Husband and in laws and if any loan is taken from Streedhan it has to be repaid back to the girl even it it requires selling of properties to redeem the value of Streedhan.

How Abetment of suicide affecting the Indian society

Abetment to suicide has been a controversial topic since the inception. The High court and Supreme court orders were in favor of the accused sometimes. Lets discuss different aspects of Abetment to Suicide and how it affects the life of common man. I will discuss the case laws regarding it to give a better understanding into the matter. The first case is of a man accusing his wife of extramarital relationship and committed suicide due to the reason that he could not tolerate his wife adultery, court relieved the wife and said in the judgement that it is the case of Hypersensitivity and the man had a option of taking divorce on the grounds of adultery which he had not taken. The second case is the case of a woman whose fiancée cancelled the marriage due to the overburden of this sorrow she committed suicide, court relieved the fiancée and said it was a Hypersensitive nature of woman and Breach of promise due to family pressure. The third case is of a corporate Employee in the position of a salesman, committed suicide due to the disgrace by the Boss in front of the other Employees, the court relieved the HUL company and said that there was not a case of instigation to suicide like threat of cutting salary or bonus or threat of killing the members of Employee family. So, the abetment to suicide laws are not applicable to the Hypersensitive people of Indian society.

How Paid Periods Leave are right of every Woman

 

Paid Period leaves are the rights of every women and it should be made mandatory in the central level. No one but a Women knows what she went through during Periods. There are many deterrent factors like Period cramps, Period flows, Mood swings and bad thoughts. The persons who have PCOS(Polycystic ovarian syndrome) have next level of pain and prolonged flows than normal woman. This is a issue that should be addressed in every state and center level. There are some laws already there in some of our states like in Kerala there is 6 days paid leaves for government students per month, in  Bihar we have 2 days paid leave for government employees, in Sikkim we have paid leave for women lawyers and magisters, in Karnataka we have proposal of a law giving 6 paid leaves per year for Government employees. In my sense the periods issue comes under concurrent list so it should be extended from government to private companies providing period leaves to Women Employees and laws related to paid period leaves should be made in central level. We should not take period as a disability but a goodwill towards the Women of the society and the respect towards their service and their sacrifice towards the society should be revered.

Child Pornography made illegal in India for the betterment of Children

Child pornography has been a disputed topic since Inception. Lets talk about the pre criminalization era of Child pornography and how it affected the society and children overall. Watching and downloading content related to Child pornography was not a illegal thing before and was allowed by the law to download content and privately watch but illegal in the sense of sending via social medias and public watch, this allowed and encouraged the Publishing, Transmitting, and Exploitation of children for Pornographic contents and also promoted illegal child trafficking and sexual abuse of children which is a crime under POCSO act. Now as the law was made against the Child Pornography Watchers, the Exploitation of children and sexual abuse of children is made a crime and will be illegal under India constitution and Law by honorable supreme court of India.

Abortion act is killing the rights and ambitions of young girls in India

 

Abortion act in India is very strict law that tells about how, when and in which circumstances a Women can abort her child. In India abortion is a disputed topic for married as well as for Unmarried couples as society is very cruel with its norms and looks for them. Married Woman has to take her Husband permission for Abortion and Unmarried Women can abort the child under the high scrutiny of social stigma but without anyone's permission which promote Liberty for Sexual Health. But there are certain restrictions that kills this Liberty like any Women can abort up to 20 weeks of pregnancy in normal case but if the case is affecting the health of mother and child and also if the case is of rape then the pregnancy can be terminated beyond the time limit of 20 weeks and in some cases if the ruling of the court comes late in and above 20 weeks. But in normal cases like in consensual relationship the beyond 20 weeks time limit is not applicable even if  the mother is minor and has some ambitions in life like higher studies and financially not stable to take care of the child. This is the barrier that is created by the society for abortion for women. If any women want to terminate the pregnancy of beyond 20 weeks she has to take the prescription of two doctors. In my view abortion laws should be made Liberal for all the women and their right to decision and health should be taken care of.

How Adultery is killing Marriages in India

 

Adultery has been present in Indian society since Centuries. But now decriminalizing Adultery makes it a point of talk in the whole world. Due to the prevalence of Adultery the increase of Live-in-Relationships and divorces are occurring. And strangely cruelty cases are also being registered by Husbands/wives against the Live in Partner of their spouse. In the recent judgement of Punjab and Haryana High court, granted police protection to a Adulterer who was in Live-in-relationship, because he have a illegitimate child from his illegitimate relationship. So, lets talk about the era before the decriminalization of Adultery. Adultery law was harsh before its decriminalization which talked about the punishment to husbands in case of Adultery and the punishment to Wife's boyfriend in case of adultery being committed by wife. But as Right to one's life and liberty, Adultery made not a crime any more. Why it was controversial at that time I will talk about that. Before decriminalization a wife could file case against Husband for Adultery and Mental cruelty and Husband would get punishment. But in case of wife the Husband could not file case against wife for adultery but could file case against the Wife's boyfriend. This was a both biased and Misogynist law perceived by then. That means a wife can sleep with anyone if her Husband agrees and it only gives punishment to Husband not to Wife that is the reason why it was decriminalized and made bias less.

USA Dollar is by far the strongest currency in the world the reason behind is being the all time demand of dollar across the world. Lets understand this by using Geopolitics when a trade between the countries occur it occurs through dollar as a currency so the demand for dollar always remains everywhere for example the Petrodollars. During inflation the Federal Reserve do interest hike due to which many FPIs and FDIs pull off their money from different countries and take that money to do FDs or invest in Government Bonds in USA. In this way they create a deterrent effect for other currencies and make dollar strong by creating the shortage of dollar in other countries and demand of dollar in USA due to which other currencies depreciate due to free market conditions. But countries are not fools they understand the strategy properly of USA the global power, the countries like Russia, China, India, UAE, Saudi, Venezuela, North Korea and Iran  are some countries that started using Yen and their local currencies during trades between them and even there is the possibility of  BRICS currency coming up by the help of which BRICS nations can use it and do trades among themselves. Even many countries started hoarding a lot of golds to back their currencies instead of dollar. India bought a lot of Russian oil by paying Russia in Indian Rupees. In this way countries are appreciating their currencies against US Dollar. Currency when depreciates causes Importers heavy losses, but causes exporters to profit. There is a sleek difference between currency depreciation and devaluation. Depreciation of currency is governed by free market conditions but devaluation of currencies is governed by the intentional depreciation of currencies by Central Banks of different countries to profit exporters of the country like what China does most of the time by buying more USA dollars causing the shortage of dollar in market and due to which demand for dollar increases in the market and dollar becomes stronger and other currencies weaker.

SC/SC act a bane for the society

 

Caste system in India has been a controversial topic since 100 and 1000 of years of untouchability practice in India by higher caste people that led to the reasons of SC/ST suppression and under improvement. Due to this reason Baba Ambedkar bought Reservation and SC/ST act for the well being of Harijans in our country to bring them to the main stream of the country. But there are many misuse of  SC/ST laws to harass common people of upper caste like fake cases being registered for harassment under this act. To avoid this the judiciary has ordered the police to be vigilant while registering FIR and ask for certain evidences and properly investigate the matter before lodging FIR. Famous cases are the Land cases which comes under civil cases but they are fake fully lodged under SC/ST act then comes the harassment regarding the fake remarks made in private view but only applicable in a public view. And even if a police does not agree to lodge a fake FIR they are being harassed even if they have to do a departmental enquiry before arresting and lodging case against the police helping him/her in  protecting his/her reputation from being tarnished as a police officer. These harassments are done for extracting compensations from the Government. So there should be harshest punishment in case of fake case registration under SC/ST act to protect the common people of India. There should be preliminary enquiry before lodging FIR and anticipatory bail provisions for the accused in SC/ST act which was removed by the Central Government.

Woes of a Muslim Woman

 

A Muslim woman is having a lot of restrictions and woes since birth starting from their parental house to their matrimonial house. In most Muslim families they marry their first cousins and marry within relatives for which there are a lot of problem related to DNA pairing of nucleotide bases due to which their offspring suffers from different disabilities. The Muslim women have half rights as compared to their brothers over the properties of their parents. The Muslim women Intelligence is also half that of men according to their religion. The Women are forced to cover themselves, which they say create a type of deterrent effect on bad looks of men on them, it is defined as a Haya for them. The second woe starts when they are being married up at a age of 15 or even less than that when they hit the puberty basically. Their body is not ready for the pregnancy at that age and many child and mother Mortality occurs. Then comes to the Domestic violence called triple talak that is talak-e-biddat, it is the dissolution of marriage after pronouncing three times talak consecutively. Then comes to the social seclusion of women after dissolution of marriage from their matrimonial and parental house and if they wishes to come back to their former husband they have to undergo a practice of Halala which is very painful because of its nature of being controversial. Halala is a practice where the wife before marrying her former divorced husband will have to marry another partner that can be anyone like father in law, brother in law or Majid Imams also and after having physical relationship with the new partner they can marry their former divorced husband again. This practice brought a lot of money earning capacity for Halala Imams. Then comes the practice of polygamy where a Sunni Muslim men can marry upto 4 wives, this practice is a mental cruelty for her own wife. Then comes the number of children she could bear and bring up is limitless and it affects her health and the well being of the children in the form of education, health and goodness. They are treated as the children manufacturing machines to conceive more children and even in case of adultery the woman is punished and beaten to death in front of masses. Even they cannot move out of the house without a male member. After a certain age of 9 Muslim women cannot study or do job. I hope these things will change soon in the society.

Unnatural sex and Marital Rape a hoax for Married Woman

 

Women in India are subject to various atrocities related to Dowry, Domestic violence, Cruelty and Matrimonial Disputes etc. As a women marries off the liability of her father goes off and she is offered something called shared household in her matrimonial house of in-laws. Some families are very good for woman, but some families are hell for women. She cannot be a part as coparcener in the property as she is not a blood member of the family. She leaves her house and comes to live with her new family members. In this process there is a lot of atrocities like Marital Rape and Unnatural sex is inflicted on them. Both Marital Rape and Unnatural sex is legal for married partners and practiced by married men in India and it is not criminalized like Rape and Unnatural sex in IPC for Indian male. Unnatural sex are the oral and anal sex and Marital rape is the rape committed on the Women by their Husbands. The court decriminalized the Unnatural sex and Marital rape for married couples to evade from fake cases pertaining to harassment of men and due to the fact that these things are common in the conjugal rights of married couple. In this way any harm caused due to Rape and Unnatural sex by husband is avoided by the court. Recently a man inserted a pin inside the vagina of his wife during their sexual activity due to which his wife died. Court charged the man under murder not under the charges of Unnatural sex crime. So as the citizens we should think about the probable crimes in our country and make harshest punishments possible for married woman.

LGBTQ+ a unrecognized section in society

 

LGBTQ+ have been the most prosecuted and under recognized people in the society. They are mostly disliked by the society due to their sexual nature of attractiveness against the law of nature. Even Judiciary does not like these people but made Homosexuality legal in India except their marriage rights and their conjugal rights. Homosexual people can not marry because there is no clear distinction of genders between them. And the conjugal rights after marriage like the Dowry prevention act, Alimony, Maintenance can not be clearly stated due to ambiguity issues between two genders and laws against unnatural sex is also not applicable under BNS for LGBTQ communities. Even the false promise of marriage of BNS is not applicable for LGBTQ communities. Recently a transgender had lodged a FIR against a man for false promise of marriage and rape but due to her transgender identity she was not relieved by the court even if she had done sex reassignment surgery. So the laws in our society for LGBTQ protection should be done in order to help them live without fear and uplift them in society without any harassment and sexual abuse being done to them.

Madrasas killing Right to Education of Children

 

Madrasas have been a place for Education among Muslim children since centuries. But these are not the ultimate places for the Primary Education to be gained because there are 3 types of Madrasa in our country called, Recognized, Unrecognized and Unmapped Madrasas. Recognized Madrasas are the Madrasas that is recognized  by the Government of the state. Many madrasas does not provide basic education like science, and arts and another thing they does not contribute to the basic competition building, brain development and creative activities of children like dance, song, arts, drama and sporting competitions. They basically render religious studies and not Professional studies for Jobs or admission in colleges. Many children study in madrasa because of less fees than school or colleges but they lack quality education said by NCPCR. There are many madrasa where illegal activities occurs like counterfeit currency printing and weapon storage. Even many terrorist live in madrasas and many studies related to terrorist activities are taught to children these are mainly done in Unrecognized and Unmapped madrasas and even there are cases of sexual exploitation of children and child abuse by Imams in madrasas. So need of the hour is to provide quality education to children and boycott madrasa and increased government initiatives in providing free education to BPL category children in India as their right to education.

Many people thinks if they had tattoos and FIR against them they can not appear government jobs. Recently a UPSC aspirant hanged himself in the retrospection of getting his candidature rejected due to the Tattoos he had made on his body. After the immediate action of medical examination no government job can reject the candidate on the basis of tattoos and have to give some time to remove tattoos to candidates. The tattoos law in India speaks about if you have tattoos in the visible part of the body or your tattoos can be seen from any part of the body during medical examination or physical training then your candidature can be rejected so, if a person in anticipation to these cautions, removed the tattoos then the scar behind it, can not be a ground for the candidature rejection. Another thing is the character of the tattoos being made if the tattoos is of religious symbols or just a name or of tribal identity it will not pose any problem but if a tattoo is of vulgar nature it can cause your candidature for rejection. The investment in mutual funds is done in two ways first is Lumpsum and another is through SIP. The investment through SIP is preferred because it manages the market corrections properly due to rupee cost averaging. 3. Contra funds- These funds invest in stocks that are not performing well in the market but have potential to perform. These funds invest 65% in equity. These are high risky funds. These are active funds. These funds have high portfolio turnover ratio. These funds have high expense ratio.
4. Opportunities funds- These funds are the funds that are performing best in the market due to good stocks. These funds are active funds and have high expense ratio. These funds may have high portfolio turnover ratio.
5. Growth funds- These funds are the funds that pick stocks that are growing in the highest growth rate in the market. These funds are active funds. These funds have high portfolio turnover ratio. These funds have high expense ratio.
6. Focused funds- These are the funds that focuses on a few stocks like 30 stocks performing good in the market. These are highly risky because they lack diversification. 13. Balanced Hybrid funds- These are the funds that invests 40%-60% of their assets in both equity and debt instruments, they adjusts the risk level properly.
14. Hedge funds- These are the funds that diversifies its investments across Equity, Debt and Gold products.
15. Aggressive Hybrid funds- These are the funds that invests 80% in equity and 20% in debt instruments. These are risky funds due to heavy allocation in equity.

17. Arbitrage funds- These funds invest in 65% in equity. These are the funds that can manage fund efficiently, they buy stock in cash market in lower price and sell in futures market in profit. These are active funds and have high Expense ratio.
18. Funds of Funds- These funds invest their assets in different funds units usually in those funds who are performing good.
19. Flexi cap funds- These funds invest in Large, Mid and Small caps according to the market risks and projected high returns. For example it may invest in equity when market is down and sell the equity stocks when market is in the peak for profits. It may buy debt instruments when market is highly volatile. These funds have higher allocation towards Large cap stocks in their portfolio. It has 80% portfolio overlap with Large cap funds.
20. Momentum fund- These are highly choosy funds that invests in stocks who shows active earrings and price movements. These funds invests in stocks that are high in market valuation. These funds follow a top up approach where they buy stocks in higher price and sell them in even higher price than the cost price of stocks. These are basically passive funds and copy a index and have a less expense ratio. These can be risky stock because of a lot of price volatility.

The tax benefits is as follows the long term capital gains tax is 12.5% and short term capital gains tax is 20% on returns more than 1.5 Lakhs.

Why are States failing in India

So, lets talk about why there is a lot of debts on governments of many states. Debts on governments of many states increases due to many reasons that I am going to discuss in this chapter. Freebies and Old Pension Scheme are the main reasons of this failures. Freebies are the free amenities that are provided to people like free food, free electricity, free education and free water facilities, these freebies cause a heavy burden on the pockets of the government. Old Pension scheme are the reasons where even though new pension scheme is introduced by Atal Bhari government still some of the states follow old Pension schemes, a big problem in old pension scheme is that there is no provision of fund system where there is contribution from both employer and employee. But in New Pension Scheme there is both contribution of 14% of basic salary from both employer and employee so total 28%. In this way new pension scheme eradicates burden from government as well as the new pension scheme also provides investment opportunities to the employees. There has been a freebie culture and old pension vibe in non BJP states to gain vote bank. So as citizens we should always look for the betterment of our country and avoid the freebie culture and adopt the NPS for all employees in all states for government to spend less on revenue expenditure and increase revenue through taxes for the betterment of the states to help sustain businesses and country in the form of subsidy, increase forex reserve and increase capital expenditure from the government side. 

 

New rape laws amended by West Bengal government(Anti-Rape Bill)also called Aparajitha Bill

Rapes have been a very common thing in India where it occurs due to lack of harsh punishment in our Indian Judiciary. The punishment of Rape is at least 10 years or life imprisonment and the punishment of Gang Rape is at least 20 years or life imprisonment but there is no death penalty for Rape in our country until unless the case is a severe case and it is a part of rare of the rarest case. The West Bengal government recently bought new laws regarding rape into the light of common citizens. Here the death penalty is recommended for Rape in this bill but the real problem is, it contradicts will the central law and BNSS. For example a new law to be implemented first of all it will go to Governor of that state and if he or she passes that law then that law will go to President of the country if he or she passes the bill then it will be a law and if he or she thinks it will be a contradicting laws against the central law he or she will reject the bill proposed even though it is passed by the governor as the criminal bills are under Concurrent List. So need of the hour is the harshest punishment to be possible against the rapes cases because there can not be any out of the court Settlement in rape cases because Rape is committed against the State and the Rape victims sometimes dies or if survives gets traumatized due to the act being inflicted on them and also the strict actions should be taken for Digital Rape in India. By doing such acts Mamata Banerjee actually trying to divert and cover up her own failure of running the country and her failed politics as it was also proved that the Principal doctor of RG Kar college was involved in it and he is the member of TMC party indirectly, the Principal doctor was involved in bribery from the students in exchange of good marks and he supports the TMC members children in his college even Mamata Didi provided him a private bodyguard this shows her acquaintance with the accused and also she is not appointing judges for fast track courts. There is a dire need for harshest punishment for both Rape and Marital Rape in our country.

 

Reservation killing India

Caste Census has been a disputed topic since the new order of Supreme court on Sub-Categorization of SC/ST act in Indian constitution was in air. The caste census can be a good move if government implemented it but due to vote bank politics it can be suppressed. Many people from SC/ST Protested against caste census and sub-categorization bill but it can be beneficial in many ways the steps are as follows. If caste census implemented the marginalized caste who did not get the benefits of reservation will get it and the uplifted caste will get less reservation or no reservation. Due to reservation government spends a lot of money for reserved seats and reserved jobs in Public sector undertaking. There is a lot of misappropriation in the reservation process in our country that anyone can take the advantage of, for example Pooja Khedkar the trainee IAS officer whose candidature was cancelled due to forgery made by her. In the light of the hour there should be only two reservation for economically backward persons and for Persons with disability apart from that there should not be any other reservation. In services like medical seats  reservation is perilous because it can cost the life of the patients and also can take many dreams of Meritious students away. Reservation kills the hope of students and employees in a professional setting where everyone is expected to be equally capable. At last I hope both our Judiciary and Administrative authority to take action regarding it and make justice as soon as possible and the concept of creamy and non-creamy layer should be implemented properly in our country.

 

Growing hatred towards Hindus and the role of BJP and RSS

 

Hindus all across the world are tortured and persecuted because they are the only people who loves and respects the world order and revers the nature be it flora or fauna. People hates Indian culture because of polytheistic culture and the worshiping of cows and trees by mainly who revers monotheistic culture. The persecution of Hindus are the year old tradition practiced by different empires and sultans of foreign power that ruled India once. The story begins with the era before 1400 years when the Dalits were being discriminated for merely of their caste they own which is the serving caste. Then in Arabian subcontinent there had been the rise of Islam, to spread the teachings of Prophet Mohammed the Arabs came to Indian subcontinent and introduced Islam through trade routes(sea) and through land routes all the way from Afghanistan. Many Islamic invaders invaded India and killed people, culture, burned and looted the valuable assets of Indian civilization and taken women as sex slaves. Then comes the era of  Delhi sultanate and Mughal Empire when mass conversions of people took place from Hindus and Buddhists to Muslims, the people who converted are mainly from lower Statas of the society called Harijans, they were being told that upper caste doses not recognize them and their presence in society like they do not want them to enter temples or participate in big and auspicious events. Another thing done by Mughals was to impose jizya tax on non Muslims to break them financially  and make them protect their mothers, sisters from Islamic sex slavery. There was a harem system in every Muslim ruler history, it was nothing but the capture of  beautiful girls for the sultan to please him in bed and that was the reason why many Indian marriages started happening at night time and the pardah system was introduced in Indian culture. They exploited our resources and people in every aspect, then comes the Britishers who all the way went ahead to exploit us and leave us divided and in a deadly situation. They raped our mothers, sisters and  even taken blood from our Indian soldiers for their injured soldiers in world war1 and yes as all know they took a lot of gold and possessions of Rajas and Maharajas. Finally Indians united and fought for Independence and won the battle of Indian Independence after the division of Indian subcontinent into Pakistan, Azad Kashmir and Bangladesh. Crime on Men in India(Men too get Raped)

Men in India are harassed for being everything starting from birth to death be it for Job or after marriage. So lets talk about this topic widely. Men from birth expected to look after the family financially whereas females were expected to look after the in laws family and children after marriage and learn cooking to impress husband and in laws. The burden for being the sole bread owner of the family is upon the males. Again when they start getting job and earring money they were exploited in office by their female boss who wants sexual favors from them. Then if they do not agree they were being forced for non-consensual sexual pleasure for their female bosses due to their family sustenance pressure. After Marriage they were being forced to mental cruelty and blackmailing by their spouse who wants alimony and maintenance from him by filing court cases and in India if wife is earning the husband still has to give maintenance to his wife for her lifestyle expenses and if the husband is unemployed then he has to be still make sure that his wife is paid her monthly maintenance. Nowadays marriages have been a business deal where parties come together and when one party leaves she demands hefty amount in return. The laws like maintenance law, cruelty law and Adultery law are against the males of the society. And even the custody law is also against the males where their spouse file case against them for child sexual abuse to get easy custody for female children. The laws regarding false promise of marriage is also very painful for Men where they are being forced to go to prison(jail) after a breakup with their partner who accuses them of rape also there is a sleek difference between false promise of marriage and breach of promise, in case of breach of promise there is no punishment. And the foremost thing is that there is no law to prevent and criminalize Men being raped in India except the POSCO act which protect Men against any abuse under the age of 18. Males of India are prone to false Domestic violence cases and false dowry cases too, where their whole family suffers the loss of reputation with them in court cases. So we as a responsible citizen of India need to understand  the need of strict laws and regulations in India regarding men and protection of men to be a good and informed humans  against any abuse on humanity.

Devastating wars

 

Since the inception of 2022 world has been experiencing long term wars all over the world be it in Europe or be it in Middle east region. The reason of these wars are the geopolitical shift of interests of different countries like the alignment of Ukraine towards west and alignment of Israel towards USA and alignment of Azerbaijan towards turkey and other Islamic countries and alignment of Iran, Afghanistan, Pakistan and Bangladesh towards Islamic extremism in the region of Indian subcontinent to convert the whole region into Islamic caliphate. The main reason of wars and instability all across the globe is USA. In Russia Ukraine war USA has been still fueling the war with supplying capital and weapons and ammunitions to Ukraine to  make Ukraine a future partner in NATO to counter the Russia with the help of the total Europe. USA is fueling the war of Israel and Hamas after USA own failure in Vietnam and Afghanistan to fight against communist power and terrorism respectively. The main culprit of the mass killings of small children and humanitarian crisis in Gaza is Iran because as soon as Iran heard about something called IMEC corridor it ordered all his war proxies to attack Israel and in return there will be a war situation and all the Arab countries involved in this IMEC deal(stakeholders) will backout and trade through Chabahar port will be operational. The political war in Syria, Myanmar, and Bangladesh is also proxy war between USA and Russia. There are many speculations about her supporting of Muslims like providing valid documents to Bangladeshi immigrants like Aadhaar or ration card may be due her disputed marriage(affair) with a Muslim man before her entry into the Politics. She hates Hindus so much that any attack caused over Hindus by Jihadis are entertained by her in every aspect. She visits Majhars in connection with Eid and conducts Iftar parties but hates to visits temples and hates to say even Jai Shree Ram. Recent case of Kolkata rape case took the country in shivers caused due to a party member's son of Tula Mulla Congress(TMC) who was studying in RG Kar college as a senior to the late rape victim and the false allegation were imposed on the present convicted person to save the son of TMC member. Presently what is happening in Bangladesh is very disturbing for the humanity as there were news of 200 people being killed many aged Hindus of Sheikh Hasina party's have been killed in front of the public without any reason. Many of our Mothers and Sisters were being raped in Bangladesh by Jihadis of BNP party led by Khaleda Jia and the Military Personnel. Its time to wake up calls for Hindus for what these Jihadis are doing in India protests in the name of NRC, Farmer Bills and Palestine can not be tolerated  after what they are doing with Hindus in different countries like Pakistan, Bangladesh and Afghanistan and what they did during the time of Partition in West Pakistan and East Pakistan like mass train killings, Noakhali Riots, Great Calcutta killings and the role of Gopal Patha.

My imagination about Cats

 

As I am a cat lover, I am going to speak a small amount of knowledge and idea about kittens and cats. This starts with the birth of a small cat which is called kitten. These kittens take 6 months to be fully grown up. while they were being born they were a bit naughty and loves to play and hover around people. These kittens if properly tamed gets all the knowledge from their owners because they act the same way as they were being tamed. if not properly tamed they were prone to bad habits like defecating in homes. They were the beautiful creatures in the world and very beautiful and intelligent due to them being mammals. But they are prone to predators like dogs or wolfs that can literally kill these small and beautiful creatures(rip apart). The special qualities and knowledge within these felines are they can open the lock of a door and can do everything in a severe case in the pretext of their life threatening situation. There daily diets are small rodents, lizards, cockroaches, fish, rice, flattened rice and milk. After they finished eating rodents they drink a lot of milk that help them to digest the rodent properly. And in case of indigestion they eat a lot of grasses to enable the intestines to vomit out the undesirable foods that they ate and by these cases they protect themselves from food poisoning and death. These felines come in different colors or mixture of colors like yellow, blown, black and white. Their eye color varies from light green to light brown in color. They love to sleep with humans and above the fridge that feels cold to them in case of heavy heat in atmosphere.
